How am I billed?: Through Shopify, on your Shopify invoice, in US dollars. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and orders during the trial are never charged.
What's a dated order?: An order that gets a delivery date from Dalbie Dates. Orders without one, such as gift cards or customers outside your delivery countries, don't count.
What happens when I go over my plan's orders?: Nothing stops. Every order is scheduled as normal, and each one over the allowance is charged at your plan's per-order price. The app tells you when you're close, and when upgrading would cost less.
Can I change plan?: Yes, at any time from the Plan page in the app. Shopify handles any proration.
Do I need Shopify Plus?: Only for the date picker inside checkout, which Shopify allows on Plus stores. The calendar on product pages, the cart and the cart drawer works on every Shopify plan.
